Please note that online registrations are possible till Thursday September 16. After that date registrations and payment by credit cards will be accepted and processed at the congress.
Payments by bank transfer will be accepted by Tuesday September 14.

The registration fee includes: admission to the scientific sessions, book of abstracts, entrance to the exhibition,lunch & coffee break , welcome reception, UEMS credits.

Those who wish to participate in the Symposium Neuroradiologicum are requested to process their online registration

Confirmation of Registration
Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. Registration for the events that are included in the registration fee must also be marked on the form.

Group Registration
The Group Registration is offered when the number of participants therein reaches the minimum of 15 individuals; the registration is to be made on-line only.

Group reservation without the individual mailing addresses of the participants will not be accepted.

Name Changes
After August 10, 2010 sponsors who wish to make name changes will be charged of an handling fee of EURO 150,00 (VAT 20% included) per name change. A new registration form for each replacement participant will be required before the name change can be processed. Individuals may make name changes only in exceptional cases. Written permission from the original participant will be required in order to process an individual name change.

Deadline for  online registration is September 16, 2010.

After this date registrations or changes to earlier registrations are still possible on-site in Bologna.

DAILY REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED

Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to AIM Group - AIM Congress. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until August 20, 2010, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less a 30% administrative charge. For cancellations made after August 20, 2010, no refund can be made.

ALL APPROVED REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AND ISSUED 60 DAYS AFTER THE CONGRESS.
