GUARANTEE
/ PAYMENT OF
HOTEL RESERVATION
Every
reservation must
be guaranteed by
credit card. A reservation
fee of € 20,00 (VAT
20% included) will
be charged on the
given credit card
upon confirmation
of the booking.
AIM
Group - AIM DMC
will issue an invoice
for the charged
reservation fee.
The
credit card will be kept as a
guarantee for the hotel reservation
but no further cost will be charged
on it.
The
payment of the foreseen
total amount will
be requested by
the hotel upon check-out.
The hotel will issue
an invoice directly
upon payment.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
Any
change or cancellation
of the hotel reservation
must be sent in
written to AIM Group
- AIM DMC (by regular
e-mail or fax).
AIM
Group - AIM DMC
reserves the right
to charge on the
given credit card
the following cancellation
fees:
Before
August 27, 2010 only
a reservation
fee (€ 20,00)
will be charged
Before
September 23,
2010 one
night accommodation
will be charged
From
September 24 2010
and in case of
No Show 100%
of the forseen
total amount will
be charged.
Please
Note
Rooms
at the various hotels
will be allotted
on a first-come
first-served basis.
Should
single rooms not
be available, double
rooms for single
occupancy will be
assigned. AIM Group
- AIM DMC reserves
the right to book
another hotel, should
the requested accommodation
be fully booked.
Arrival
and Departure
Should
booking dates not
be indicated on
the Hotel Reservation
Form, we shall presume
arrival on October
4 and departure
on October 9, 2010.
In
case of no-show,
the room booked
will be available
to the participants
for the first night
of the reservation.
After the first
night of no-show
the reservation
will be automatically
cancelled.
